Hearing and permit notices
Every owner within the notice radius gets the hearing letter with its permit number and hearing date, mailed on the date the rule sets. The batch report lists every address and its status for your file.
No print shop, no envelopes, no stamps and no mail merge. Five steps, and you only do the first one.
A PDF or image, and a CSV with the addresses plus any columns to print: permit, hearing date, parcel, unit. Or your agent sends them.
Postcards, letters, flyers or pamphlets, each with its recipient's own values and its own QR code.
One more sheet in each envelope if you want it: a notice to post, a weatherproof sticker sheet, a site map.
First-Class from our facility in Manhattan Beach, CA, on or after the date you set.
Each scan and each tap of the button, piece by piece, by webhook, API or the dashboard.
A 4×6 postcard is $1.05 and a one-sheet letter $1.15, printing and First-Class postage included. Fields and QR codes are included. You see the exact price before you pay.
Yes. Send the notice and the list of owners or occupants, from your city, a title company or your own GIS export, and we print and mail one piece to each address First-Class, each with its recipient's own permit number, parcel or unit, on the date you set. Each piece can carry a QR code that tells you when it was scanned. Two limits: we don't build the list or decide who must be notified, and a batch goes First-Class, so a notice that must go Certified Mail goes as its own letter.
Each row is who acts: you or your agent, mailbox.bot, the person who gets the mail, and your app. Follow the line from the list to the outcome.
Every owner within the notice radius gets the hearing letter with its permit number and hearing date, mailed on the date the rule sets. The batch report lists every address and its status for your file.
Water shut-offs, crane lifts, road closures, entry for repairs: one notice to every neighbor or unit, each with its own unit or address and a QR code to your project page. Each first scan reaches your app.
The permit card copy, site rules and the notices your contract says go up, printed on weatherproof stock with a full-sheet sticker, mailed to each superintendent with a Posted button. Each tap marks that site, with the time.
Solar, wind, transmission and pipeline teams write to every parcel along a route. Each letter carries its parcel number, its QR code opens that parcel's page, and the parcel number comes back as your ref on every scan.
Pre-construction letters to neighbors, crane lift and road closure notices, and the notices your permit says go up at the site.
Landowner letters along a project, neighbor notices before a hearing, and letters to every parcel in the study area.
Planned outage and shut-off notices, right-of-way letters, and public awareness mailings to the people along a line.
Hearing and permit notices to every owner within the radius, from the list your city or a title company gives you.
Building-wide notices with each unit's number: entry for repairs, water shut-offs, pest treatment, construction access.
Claude, ChatGPT, your IDE or your agent harness runs the batch over MCP or REST, and you approve the cost before it prints.
Pipeline operators run public awareness programs that reach the people along a line by mail (49 CFR 192.616 and 195.440). A batch takes up to 10,000 pieces, each with its own segment or parcel as a field.
Start from an ordinary batch of postcards, letters, flyers or pamphlets, and add only what the job needs. The proof shows every piece before you pay.

}Mail that goes out because of work at a place: hearing and permit notices to the owners within a radius, construction and shut-off notices to neighbors and tenants, notices to post at a job site, and letters to landowners along a route. We print each piece with its recipient's own details and a QR code, and mail it First-Class.
Yes, from the list you give us. Your city or county sets the radius (often 300, 500 or 1,000 feet), who counts and the deadline, and many accept a list from a title company or the assessor. We mail one piece to each address on the date you set, and the batch report lists every address and its status.
Not in a batch: batches go First-Class. When a rule asks for Certified Mail, send each notice as its own letter from the dashboard or with POST /v1/mail, $20.00 for one page, with the Certified number and a photo of the receipt.
Yes. Every column in your list that isn't part of the address becomes a field. Put {{permit}}, {{apn}} or {{unit}} in the letter text, the QR link or a PDF form field, and each piece prints its own value.
Each piece gets its own code. It opens your link, with that recipient's fields in it if you like, or a mailbox.bot page with one button such as Posted. We count each scan and tap per piece and keep no IP address or device details.
Yes. A piece's first scan sends batch.piece.scanned, and the first tap of its button sends batch.piece.confirmed, each with the piece number and your ref, to your webhook and your agent's callback. The pieces list with ?qr=not_scanned shows who hasn't.
Tear- and water-resistant synthetic paper for letters and flyers, for notices that get posted outdoors. It adds 85¢ a sheet.
A full-sheet weatherproof sticker (8.5 × 11 in) rides in the envelope as the insert, for $1.45 a piece. We don't mail rigid signs, stakes or reflectors.
Yes. Set a mail date up to 60 days ahead, and the facility mails the batch on or after that day.
Building-wide notices, such as entry for repairs, water shut-offs, pest treatment or construction access, go as one batch with each unit's number. A notice to one tenant, such as a lease violation or a notice to quit, goes as its own letter, Certified when the lease or your state asks for it.
Yes. Over MCP from Claude, ChatGPT, your IDE or your agent harness: estimate_batch_mail, create_batch_mail, get_batch_mail_proof and confirm_batch_mail, or the same REST routes. A sandbox key (sk_agent_test_) rehearses all of it for free, simulated scans included.
A 4×6 postcard is $1.05, a 6×9 postcard $1.35 and a one-sheet letter or flyer $1.15, printing and First-Class postage included, with 5% off at 500 pieces and 10% at 1,000. Fields, QR codes and the mail date are included. Weatherproof stock adds 85¢ a sheet; an insert is 30¢ on paper, 95¢ weatherproof or $1.45 as a sticker sheet.
Notice rules differ by city, county, state and agency. This page is general information, not legal advice.
Send the design and the list. Staff at our facility in Manhattan Beach, CA print each piece and mail it on your date.
