Operated by Golden Ratio, LLC, a Utah Limited Liability Company
Last Updated: June 12, 2026

Our Commitment

Golden Ratio, LLC is committed to ensuring that mailbox.bot is accessible to everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification, and other assistive technologies. We want every visitor to be able to learn about our services, create an account, and manage their mailbox independently.

Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Measures we take include:

  • Programmatically associated labels on all form fields
  • Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
  • Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Semantic landmarks and a skip-to-content link on every page
  • Automated accessibility checks in our development workflow

Feedback and Contact

We are continually improving, and some content may not yet fully conform. If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on mailbox.bot — or have suggestions for how we can improve — please email us at support [at] mailbox [dot] bot with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Please describe the page and the problem you experienced, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five business days and to resolve confirmed barriers promptly.

Compatibility

Mailbox.bot is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) in combination with screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS. Our API-first services are also fully usable programmatically via REST, MCP, and A2A interfaces, which may provide an alternative access path for some users.
