Until launch, use a business address, PO box, home business address, office, registered agent, or virtual mailbox; mailbox.bot is live for outbound physical mail and existing-address inbound context. Address assignment will remain capacity-based after account approval, identity verification, USPS Form 1583 where required, and facility approval. After assignment, the agent can monitor scans, photos, PDFs, inbound context, and eligible package events, then draft or send outbound replies through MCP/API workflows with rules, webhooks, approvals, sandbox keys, tracking, proof, and audit events.
