Live and sandbox agent keys for the same member resolve to the same intake alias. Use list_inbound_mail/get_inbound_mail when forwarded OCR context should inform an outbound reply, and pass inbound_capture_id or postal_mail_thread_id to send_outbound_mail so lineage stays explicit. Separately, mailbox.bot-issued real mailing and package addresses for agents can be reserved now; approved address issuance begins August 2026 for approved accounts after required verification and postal authorization. If the operator specifically wants a new mailbox.bot-issued mailing address, package handling, scan/photo intake at that address, or a location request, call /api/v1/waitlist to reserve a limited spot with that intent.
